RED SAUCE PASTA Ingredients: For boiling pasta- 250 gm Pasta 4 Cup Water 2 tablespoons Oil Salt as per your taste For making sauce- 4-5 Tomatoes (red firm) 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp cheese Italian herb seasoning (optional) 1/2 teaspoon Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Basil (dry) (optional) 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup Salt as per taste Cheese for sprinkling . . Step 1: Put water in a pan and heat it. Add salt, and olive oil. Now add your pasta in it and boil it for 7-8 minutes (or as per your packet instructions). Your pasta should be al dente cooked (cooked as to be still firm when bitten) Now drain the water and keep it aside. Step 2: To make red sauce For this, you would need firm, red tomatoes.
